Abstract:
At the meeting of the Presidium of the NAS of Ukraine on September 23, 2015 with the representatives of the executive branch, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, scientists, civil society activists and media the report of Academician of NAS of Ukraine E.M. Libanova on the main problems facing the Ukrainian government, society and international organizations in connection with the process of restoration of Donbass was heard and discussed. The report also outlines ways to perform the primary tasks and activities to overcome the negative effects of the Donbass tragedy.
