The report considers the directions of basic and applied research in the field of mechanics of elastic-hereditary environments and implementation of the obtained results in the construction industry and mining. Studies of vibration seismic resistance systems are relevant given that developments in this field are aimed at reducing the natural and man-made loads on buildings and structures as well as increasing the vibration protection of heavy mining machines.
