Abstract

The article discloses the meaning of concept «food safety», showes the devastating power of hunger influence on poor strata of population in the different world areas, illuminates the consequences of climat changes in reference to foodstuffs production. Authors deem all-round consideration of diverse factors impacting the food supply may help to solve the global alimentary problem. The large-scale increase of cattlerearing is recognized as an efficacious way to overcome hunger problem.
