November 17 marks the 80^th anniversary of the well-known Ukrainian scientist-biochemist, specialist in hemostasis, laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of science and technology (2015), head of the department of structure and function of protein of the Palladin Institute of Biochemistry of NAS of Ukraine, Doctor of Biological Sciences, professor, Corresponding Member of NAS of Ukraine E.V. Lugovsky.
